Our Customer Service Centre team informs you about all the uses of the fuel cards and the benefits you can enjoy as a fuel card holder. It accepts orders for cards and PINs, informs you about your VAT refund, our retail network, and any new initiatives undertaken at local or international level for the fuel cards. In addition it records and manages your requests efficiently in constant collaboration with the sales department and listens to your feedback so that we can constantly improve and develop our services while at the same time communicating your interest in a future collaboration to the Territory Manager.
